Embracing the challenges of a new industry focused on luxury Accessory Dwelling Units, I honed my ability to leverage marketing insights for creative campaigns and established a cohesive brand and visual identity. Over two years, I led creative campaigns spanning organic, paid social, brand awareness campaigns, product launches, and customer testimonials.

Formulated content guidelines and execution for various use cases, such as flexspace, rental income, and aging in place, as part of a series aimed at boosting brand awareness through the portrayal of real homeowners and their stories.

Reimagine Your Backyard

Directed an Over-The-Top (OTT) campaign with a compact production team, spotlighting three compelling scenarios that vividly illustrated the convenience and benefits of having an ADU in your life.

I spearheaded concept development, art direction, packaging, video production, and rollout for Abodu Ed, a segmented video series dedicated to enhancing category awareness and educating customers about ADU-related topics, specifically permitting, installation, and design.
